Shipping via Bosta
bostaEvery order is delivered by Bosta, our nationwide courier partner. You receive a live tracking link the moment your parcel is collected, and pay on delivery if you choose cash.
Delivery SLA
- Greater Cairo: next business day (order before 3pm).
- Alexandria & Delta governorates: 1–2 business days.
- All other Egypt: 2–4 business days.
Orders are dispatched the same day when placed before 3pm Cairo time on business days. SLA windows are counted from the moment Bosta collects the parcel.
Free Bosta delivery on orders over EGP 5,000, nationwide. Below that, a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unopened bottles in their original box within 14 days of delivery. The bottle must be in its original condition with all packaging intact. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details. We will arrange a Bosta collection and process a full refund within 5 business days of receiving the bottle.
Return shipping costs are covered by NICHE for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, a nominal collection fee may apply.
