Source standard
We source only from established, reputable suppliers — never grey-market lots of unknown origin. Where a house offers it, we prioritise sealed, in-box stock, and clearly labelled tester units.

Bottle inspection
Every bottle is checked by hand: glass weight and clarity, the sprayer action, cap fit, engraving, and the colour of the juice — the small details counterfeits rarely get right.

Batch-code check
We read the batch code on each bottle and verify it against the maker's records — confirming the production batch and that the formulation is current, not an old or tampered lot.

Box condition check
Cellophane, flap glue, print sharpness, the barcode and the box cap are all inspected. With-box orders ship sealed; tester units are labelled honestly as testers — no surprises.

Packaging protection
Your order is wrapped to survive the journey — bottle secured, box cushioned, sealed against knocks and heat — so it arrives exactly as it left us.
